Cancellation:
You have the option to cancel your order within the initial 48 hours of placing it. Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
Returns:
Our return policy extends for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Certain health and personal care items are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error, or returns made more than 15 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable):
Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the case of a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product at topshegroup@topshehair.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping:
To initiate a return, contact us at topshegroup@topshehair.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
